William Tell Comparison

So here's William Tell Me About OPI a beautiful dark Burgundy/purple creme from OPI's new Swiss Collection

I wanted this polish to be what I wanted Lincoln Park after Dark to be, a dark dark purple that translates to exactly that on the nail, not just in the bottle. So as soon as my package arrived I couldn't wait to try it out.

LPAD and I have a bit of a love hate relationship.

I love it on anyone Else's nails, I love it in the bottle, but I just don't love it on me. I can wear opaque black on my nails, no problem. But LPAD just turns into a streaky mess, probably just my untidy application teamed with how transparent the polish is. I don't know I just cant seem to get it to look right. As a result I don't reach for this colour anymore.

Top to bottom we have
Give me Moore (Espana collection)
William Tell Me About OPI (Swiss collection)
Lincoln Park After Dark (Chicago collection)

So as you can tell from the photo; WT boasts the richest colour, still vampy but not black, compared to GMM and LPAD - this application was surprising easy and it glided on. rediscovery! I'm already itching to wear it.

William Tell's applied like butter - effortless. you could almost get away with just one coat.
In fact all of the Swiss collection that I have tried so far have been effortless to apply. I don't know what your doing OPI but I like it! This polish will be amongst my fave autumn colours this year

What colours have you tried from the Swiss collection?
